HAND HELD CAP TIGHTENERS
CI electric and pneumatic hand-held cap tighteners are perfect for the small packager.
These small machines will allow a worker to tighten up to 25 caps per minute.
TABLE TOP CAP TIGHTENERS
Table top models allow a worker to tighten up to 40 caps per minute in a production line.
Models are available with constant cycle speed, adjustable cycle speed, and operation on demand.
IN-LINE CAP TIGHTENERS
AUTOMATIC CAPPERS
In-Line cap tighteners are capable of tightening caps at a rate of up to 100 per minute.
Automatic cappers can automatically place the caps and tighten at rates up to 150 per
minute for high speed lines.
