Crandall International can provide gravimetric filling machines to fill liquid and
semi-liquid products into containers from 500 ml to 10 liters (pint to 2.5 gallons).
Our 10 Liter/2.5 gallon capacity "KN" model filling machines are available with from 1 to 4 filling nozzles,
and are capable of speeds to 1800 containers per hour. These machines use simple weight tripping
devices for weight sensing and provide accurate filling at an economical price.
Our 10 Liter/2.5 gallon capacity "DN" model filling machines are available with from 1 to 4 filling nozzles,
and are capable of speeds to 1400 containers per hour. These machines use digital scales for
weight sensing and provide highly accurate filling.
Gravimetric fillers can provide accurate filling for a wide range of liquid and
semi-liquid products, which gives a great flexibility to the user.
Sub-surface fillers are available for foaming liquids.
Machines from Crandall International are available with contact parts in stainless steel,
sanitary stainless steel, or titanium to meet the requirements of the food, chemical and
petroleum industries.
Crandall International can provide Inline Gravity Fillers for filling liquid
products into containers from 100 ml to 4 liters (4 ounces to 1 gallon).
Inline Gravity fillers fill each container to a preset level and are excellent
for filling low viscosity, non-carbonated liquids.
The Inline Gravity fillers are available in semi-automatic models to suit small production needs
or automatic models to provide speeds to 4200 containers per hour.
Inline machines from Crandall International are available with contact parts in stainless
steel, or PVC to meet the requirements of the food, chemical and
petroleum industries.
Inline machines are excellent for filling low viscosity products into small containers.
