INDUCTION CAP SEALERS
The CS-PLUS cap sealing system is designed for higher speed cap sealing applications,
to line speed of 50 meters (150 ft.) per minute .
The machine is installed over a conveyor line with the sealing head above the passing
caps.
Induction sealing is a non-contact process which bonds a foil disk or "seal" to the
opening of a container. It can be used for most types of containers and can be used
for foods, drugs, chemicals or petroleum products.
The inner seals meet the requirements of the FDA and can be used on containers of
all compositions.
Induction sealing will provide the user with a tamper evident seal to assure
product integrity and prevent leakage. This will increase the products shelf
life, reduce pilferage, and increase customer confidence in your product.
The solid state circuitry and built-in timer provide high control of the
sealing process.
A variety of power settings is available to meet the specific requirements
of the application. Three models with different power ranges are available for
medium to high production installations.
Caps with diameters from 5 mm to 120 mm may be sealed.
It is shipped assembled and ready to use. The vertical adjustment mechanism
allows quick and easy adjustment of the sealing head height to meet the requirements of your
production line.
No tools are required for adjustment or set-up. It requires no maintenance and
it is air cooled, requiring no water for cooling.
It is silent and has no discharge.
Operator controls allow entry of sealing parameters, and monitor the power,
current, frequency, phase, temperature and communication.
Optional Accessories
Interface Panel: It allows other accessories to be attached to the machine.
Light Tower: The light tower monitors the status of the machine. It includes
yellow, green and red status lights and two sirens.
Remote Control Panel: This allows the machine to be monitored and controlled from
a remote location.
Skewing Bracket: This swivel bracket allows the sealing of containers with
diameters of 60 mm and larger by allowing angular adjustment of the sealing head.
Wheeled Cart: To make the machine portable and able to be used in multiple
locations.
Cap Detection System: The system detects improperly capped and sealed containers.
