Crandall International offers SUB-SURFACE filling machines for filling foaming liquids into containers from 4 to 220 liters (1 - 55 Gallons)
The DN1-25-ID/S, DN2-25-RD/S, DN1-DR-ID/S, and DN1-PL-ID/S machines are gravimetric machines which will provied accurate filling by weight which will satisfy your customers and meet government standards. They are also sub-surface fillers with "diving nozzles" that fill from under the surface of the product in the container.
The KN1-25-SD/S and KN2-25-RD/S fillers are economical alternatives which use mechnaical weight tripping devices for weight sensing. They are explosion proof in standard construction, and excellent for many filling applications.
The DN1-25-ID/S and DN2-25-RD/S models are capable of filling containers from 4 to 25 liters (1 to 6 gallons) at speeds to 8 containers/min.
The DN1-DR-ID/S and DN1-PL-ID/S models are capable of filling containers from 50 liters (16 gal.) to full drums or totes.
Product contact parts are available in brass and steel, stainless steel, and titanium to meet the needs of most food, chemical, and petroleum products.
Cleaning/Janitorial Products: These include detergent, soap, floor wax,
disinfectant, and other products that tend to foam.
Chemical Products/Coatings: Many low viscosity chemical products, paints, and
coatings tend to foam when filled.
Food Products: Products such as food flavors, food colors and light syrups that
foam when filled. Many other food products can foam when filled hot.
Solvents- Static Electricity Protection: Some solvents will create
static electricity when agitated. Sub-surface filling provides a grounded
probe in the liquid during filling.
Splash Elimination: Sub-Surface filling eliminates splash when filling very low
viscosity products that are difficult to fill by top fill methods.
